Who we are
TALVESSO is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, your preferred language, the time you signed up, and whether — and when — you consented to receive marketing emails. To prevent abuse we also keep a short-lived, one-way encrypted version of your IP address.
Why we use it
If you have consented, we use your email to send launch updates, early access and exclusive offers in your chosen language. Without consent, your email is kept only as a waitlist registration and we will not send you promotional emails.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Unsubscribing
Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Using it stops all further marketing emails immediately.
Storage and service providers
Your data is stored in a secured database on our hosting platform and is never sold or shared for advertising. When email sending is activated, emails are delivered through the email service Resend.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Norway: Datatilsynet).
